DM2D Series

The DM2 Series D Double Valve is a patented 3/2 normally closed safety valve featuring an intermediate lockout position and advanced SERPAR Crossflow passages with poppet and spool technology on the main valve stems. This unique design delivers exceptional flow performance and integrates dynamic monitoring and memory functions for enhanced operational safety and control.

With Dynamic Monitoring, the DM2 valve changes the state of all monitoring components during each cycle. If valve elements operate asynchronously, downstream air is automatically exhausted, locking out further operation. Dynamic Memory ensures that if a lockout occurs, the fault status remains intact regardless of changes in air or electrical power. Unlike other systems, the DM2 requires a specific reset procedure, preventing automatic resets that might otherwise mask potential safety risks.
