Sirca AP Series

The AP Series actuator features a single adjustment mechanism, allowing precise control of the piston stroke at the 90° open position with a tolerance of ±3°. Built with a dual piston rack-and-pinion design, it offers compact construction and symmetric piston movement for efficient operation. The actuator’s extruded aluminium body is available with either gold or hard anodised coatings for enhanced corrosion resistance. CNC machining ensures high precision and reliability, while die-cast aluminium end caps provide additional durability. A nickel-plated steel pinion with an anti-blowout system secures the stem, preventing slippage. Anti-friction rings on all moving components ensure smooth operation, and stainless steel fasteners provide long-term corrosion resistance, making the AP Series an excellent choice for precise and durable actuator applications.
